其次，这篇演讲稿人性化的是，它分为两个部分，一部分是本科生考研（同专业和跨专业），另一部分是工作后考研，也就是在职研究生考研（同专业和跨专业）。

演讲稿核心内容包括：介绍你本人的一些基本信息、你考研的出发点、为什么报考目标院校（从目标院校的综合实力和你本人对所报考专业的认知进行阐述）、你的个人特长（全日制考研的胖友通过在本科院校参加的活动和社团履历来体现自己的能力和特长；在职考研的胖友们通过实习经历或者工作经历意识到知识储备不足，需要更深入的学习来完善自己。）

然后，我们一鼓作气，慈善到底，当胖友们演讲稿练熟后，可以把录音发给我们听，会有一对一纠音，我们深知工作量大到超乎想象，但是我依然想做这件事，这也是我的处事原则：做事做全套！（对了，读熟的概念我一定要说一下！不是读5遍就熟了，至少每段30遍才能基本达到熟练，如果读1-2遍就扔给我，我会很难过）

纠音涉及到很多专业术语，比如连读、失去爆破、击穿、叠合等等。现在听起来可能多少有点眩晕，不过没关系，我们有对应的语音课供大家报读，主要是讲解发音规则和发音技巧。

我真诚的对胖友们说，即使今天你不是为了考研、不是为了准备复试，这个语音课也需要你去听一听，百利而无一害。因为地道的英语发音是英语学习者的门面，好的发音有魔力，可以让面试官眼前一亮。想要留住你、认识你、了解你；好的发音可以让你说话有底气，思路更清晰，节奏把控更到位。但是，如果不去打磨自己的语音语调，不去刻意练习自己的唇形舌位，一个句子不反复扣细节，不跟自己较劲，你永远都享受不到行云流水的快乐！

最后演讲稿用法

胖友们当你看到演讲稿后你会发现文本很长，现在我来和你说说怎么用。

1、【成稿】根据面试的时长要求，选取合适自己的内容，形成自己的自我介绍文稿。但是你准备时，要把老师的全文背熟。面试当天，根据现场面试官的反应，可以随时调用合适的内容，不打无准备的仗。

2、【练习】跟着录音（录音请加我私人微信，用心点会找到的）一句一句去练熟，背熟。请务必对着镜子去练习，一开始或许你会觉得很别扭，练几十上百次后你就会很自然了。

3、【纠音】通篇文章练熟之后（注意不要对"熟"这个词有误解，上面已经提到过啦），自己很满意了，你就录制好音频，发给我（加我微信，用心点会找到的），我就一对一给你点评啦。2次点评机会很宝贵，珍惜哦，请不要随便练练就发录音给我。

4、【面试】面试心态要好，3分内容7分说，开口前深呼吸，平复心跳，控制好自己的语速，节奏，语调，内心要相信自己，可以很好很顺利的通过面试。千万不要因为紧张，就加快语速哔哩吧啦说完，缓缓道来就好。

Good morning / afternoon . Thank you for having me on this interview . Now please let me briefly introduce myself .

I'm proud of my ability to persevere and overcome challenges. Last year I was having a hard time in XXX 科目.but I met with the teacher outside of class and committed to studying for two hours a day and ended up with an A in the class. I'm also passionate about my interests,especially writing and foreign languages/【或其它自己感兴趣的内容】.That's why I'm a columnist for my school newspaper and the president of Spanish club.

【第三部分：考研原因一为什么要读研，为什么选择这个专业，为什么选择这个学校/导师】

When it comes to the reason why I made up my mind to do a master in you university, there are several aspects that can account for it/I want to share with you.【①对本专业感兴趣，想深入研究，并对这个领域有所贡献--请提前阅读自己报读专业的最新学术研究文章，了解最新最热的观点，并把相应的英文术语背熟如果有同学是跨专业考研的，请挖掘一下自己考研的动机，如大学期间发觉自己对XXX专业感兴趣，想深入研究等等，把自己的故事写出来】First of all,I'm really interested in XXX 领域. Although most undergraduate degrees allow us the opportunity to choose modules of personal interest, a master's degree does this to a much greater extent . I will be able to conduct independent research in order to develop my thoughts and ideas regarding a field that deeply interests me . In addition .there was a graduate student explaining that the desire to become a contributor, not just a learner, was one of her main motivations for continuing in higher education. I think that's quite true. Undergraduate study gave me the opportunity to understand existing knowledge in my field, but graduate school will give me the opportunity to contribute to that knowledge.

It's increasingly evident that more people than ever are enrolling in graduate degrees today, and because of this, an undergraduate qualification alone can sometimes fail to get me noticed alongside equally or more highly educated candidates. Those holding only a bachelor's degree are struggling to appeal to employers even at entry level i certain industries.【如果你自己感兴趣的公司招聘条件是只录取研究生活以上学历，你可以补充进来，加强说服力】

I believe at grad school I'll be surrounded by leading thinkers in this field-including both the faculty members and guest experts at the front of the lecture hall.ind the fellow graduate students around me. When working with people we're nspired by and respect, staying motivated and working hard is much, much easier. As master student, I'll also need to learn to network like a pro and sharpen my "people ways to collaborate, discuss and develop my own knowledge will help me develop the skills that companies are looking for.

All in all, for me, grad school will act as the academic version of professional training,enabling me to graduate with all the right knowledge and skills, ready to jump straight into my desired career after graduation. So, by no means is further study a way to postpone the end of student life, but more like an investment in my own future and a journey of self-achieving
