4.修饰名词前有the only，the best，the first、the next，the last以及有序数词或形容词最高级修饰的名词时，用不定式作后置定语。

He was the first one to think of the idea. 他是第一个想到这一点的人。

5.被修饰的名词或代词是动词不定式的逻辑宾语，用不定式作后置定语。

I have many letters to write. （to write many letters）我有许多信要写。
