Dear judges and fellow audience,

Today, my topic is "Saving Food, Saving the World".

Our planet, Earth, is a blue planet with abundant water resources, but the available drinking water is limited. Our land resources are also limited, yet a large amount of food is wasted every year, which not only wastes resources but also causes significant pollution and waste.

We are constantly consuming the resources of our planet, and saving food is one contribution we can make to saving the world. Firstly, we should start with ourselves and reduce waste by utilizing every bit of food wisely. We can purchase food inappropriate quantities and avoid buying too much food that would expire in waste. We can also control the amount of food we cook and avoid cooking too much food that would be wasted if not eaten.

Secondly, we should advocate for more people to join the movement of saving food. We can spread the importance of saving food to our families, friends, and colleagues, and encourage more people to save food in their daily lives. We can also participate in volunteer activities to influence more people through our own actions

Finally, we should encourage and promote saving food through the support of governments and related organizations. The government can establish relevant laws and policies that encourage and reward saving food, while media and social organizations can play a role in promoting the importance of saving food.

In conclusion, saving food is a contribution that each of us can make to saving the world. Let us start with ourselves, begin with every meal, save food, and make our own contributions to saving the world!
