1.避免表格变形

我们可以巧用表格来排版，例如排版图片。但当我们插入的图片过大，会发现表格变形了。我们要在插入图片之前，通过「选中表格 - 表格工具 - 布局 - 自动调整 - 固定列宽」来调整，之后再插入图片就会发现表格不会变形了。

1. Avoid table deformation

We can use tables to typeset, such as typesetting images. But when we insert too large a picture, we will find that the table is deformed. Before inserting the picture, we need to adjust it by "Select Table - Table Tools - Layout - Auto Adjust - Fixed Column Width", and then insert the picture to find that the table will not be deformed.

2.避免输入长文字时文字重叠或缩小

有时候在设置好的表格中直接插入长文字，会发现文字重叠或变形缩小了，字都看不清了，我们可以通过「选中表格 - 右键 - 表格属性 - 单元格 - 选项」来调整，并取消勾选「适应文字」，就会发现文字恢复正常大小了。

2. Avoid overlapping or shrinking text when entering long text

Sometimes if you insert long text directly into the set table, you will find that the text overlaps or deforms and shrinks, and the words are not clear. We can adjust it by "Select Table - Right-click - Table Properties - Cell - Options", and uncheck "Adapt to Text", and you will find that the text returns to its normal size.

3.不让表格内容自动换行

有时候在 Word 表格中输入几个文字就自动换行了，原因就是表格的单元格边距设置太大了，这时我们可以通过「选中表格 - 右键- 表格属性 - 单元格 - 选项」，将「单元格边距」中的左右值调小一些，就会发现自动换行的文字部分调整回来啦。

3. Do not let the table content wrap automatically

Sometimes enter a few words in the Word table to wrap the word, the reason is that the cell margin of the table is set too large, then we can "select the table - right-click - table properties - cell - options", the left and right values in the "cell margin" are smaller, and we will find that the text part of the wrap is adjusted back.
