如何主持依据《罗伯特议事规则》来进行的正式会议？

（《罗伯特议事规则》是当今最重要的议事规则,被广泛地运用在政府机构、企业组织、民间团体的议事活动之中。）

1. The meeting will come to order.

即将宣布开会。

It's time to begin; the meeting will come to order.

是时候该开始了；即将宣布开会。

2. Are there any corrections to the minutes?

会议记录是否有要修正的吗？

Are there any corrections to the minutes, or are they fine as they are?

会议记录是否有要修正的吗，还是像现在这样就好了？

3. The chair recognizes sb.

主席准许某人发言。

The chair recognizes Mr. Bill Wallace. Mr. Wallace, you have the floor.

主席准许比尔‧华勒斯先生发言。华勒斯先生，你现在有发言权。

4. Is there a second to this motion?

有人附议此项动议吗？

The motion has been made. Is there a second to this motion?

动议已提出。有人附议此项动议吗？

5. It has been moved and seconded...

⋯⋯动议已提出，并获得附议。

It has been moved and seconded that membership fees be increased by 10%. Is there any discussion?

增加百分之 10会员费的动议已提出，并获得附议通过。还有其他事要讨论的吗？

6. Are you ready for the question?

诸位准备好要讨论这项问题了吗？

Are you ready for the question now or is there any more debate?

诸位现在准备好要讨论这项问题了吗？还是有更多要辩论的地方？

7. This motion requires a two-thirds vote.

此动议需要三分之二的投票通过。

Under the rules, this motion requires a two-thirds vote to pass.

根据规则，这项动议需要三分之二的投票通过。

8. All in favor say ''aye''; all opposed say ''no.''

所有同意的请说『赞成』；不同意的则说『反对』。

All in favor of the motion to sign the contract say ''aye''; all opposed, say ''no.''

所有同意此动议签署这份合约的请说『赞成』；而不同意的则说『反对』。

9. The vote is (number) in favor to (number) against.

投票结果是（票数）赞成对（票数）反对。

The vote is 17 in favor of the motion to 5 against.

投票结果是 17 票赞成此动议对 5 票反对。

10. The ''ayes'' / ''noes'' have it.

投『赞成票／反对票』者赢得此次票选。

It looks like the ''ayes'' have it.

看起来似乎是投『赞成票』者赢得此次票选。

11. The motion is carried / lost.

该动议获得通过／驳回。

The motion is carried. Is there any more business to discuss?

12. I declare the meeting adjourned.

我在此宣布散会。

With the motion to adjourn carried, I declare the meeting adjourned.
