会议：session
会议有很多种说法，比如meeting，conference，session等，这里选择用session：
剑桥词典中，对session的解释（以下斜体均出自剑桥英英词典）：a formal meeting or series of meetings of an organization such as a parliament or a law court.
session指的是机构组织或议会的正式会议或系列会议，所以相应地，中国的两会也是用session。

战胜这里用的是beat，而非defeat; Triumph over; vanquish; 原因是：
Beat：to defeat or do better than
Defeat：to win against someone in a fight, war, or competition: 需要有someone这个对象
Triumph：a very great success, achievement, or victory (= when you win a war, fight, or competition), or a feeling of great satisfaction or pleasure caused by this 大获全胜的意思，是战胜之后的愉悦感
Vanquish：to defeat an enemy or opponent, especially in war: 尤其指战争中击败敌人
天下之势不盛则衰，天下之治不进则退。The momentum of the world either flourishes or declines; the state of the world either progresses or regresses.
势一般会有两种译法trend 和 momentum，区别在于：
trend：a general development or change in a situation or in the way that people are behaving:
momentum：the force that keeps an object moving:
小船经不起风浪，巨舰才能顶住惊涛骇浪。Small boats may not survive a storm, but a giant ship is strong enough to brave a storm.
坚定信心、同舟共济，是战胜疫情的唯一正确道路。Strong confidence and cooperation represent the only right way to defeat the pandemic.
坚定信心指的是：要有充分的信心；同舟共济说的是：合作的重要性。此句采用了意译的译法。
人类卫生健康共同体a global community of health for all
经济上的“急刹车”或“急转弯”slam on the brakes or take a U-turn
急转弯一般会翻成a sharp turn，文章中的译法是U-turn显得更为形象
提出全球发展倡议：put forward a Global Development Initiative
提出一般会译作propose，两者会有什么区别呢？
put forward: to state an idea or opinion, or to suggest a plan or person, for other people to consider: 倡议是一种理念、一种想法，用put forward会更加恰当
propose: to offer or suggest a possible plan or action for other people to consider: propose 更多的是强调可行性的计划或行动，因此提出议案、计划、方案之类的用propose
坚持对话而不对抗、包容而不排他 choose dialogue over confrontation, inclusiveness over exclusion
这里的坚持，不是坚持到底的坚持，而是选择的意思
国之称富者，在乎丰民。The wealth of a country is measured by the abundance of its people.
践信守诺 honor its word
honor除了名词荣誉的意思之外，还有动词的意思，即：To honour a promise or agreement is to do what you said you would: 可以翻译成信守的意思
世界冰雪运动胜地：a heaven for winter sports
XXXX胜地可以译做：a heaven for XXXX
