1.Pace: 做名词有步伐,速度的意思。今天给大家讲的是动词的用法,这里的意思是踱步:
As they waited, Kravis paced the room nervously.
(在他们等待的时候,克拉维斯在屋里不安地踱步。)
注意:这里的Pace是由于焦虑和不耐烦而进行的。
2.Wander: 动词,意思是闲逛,漫步:
When he got bored he wandered around the fair.

3.Limp: 动词,意思是:跛行,蹒跚:
He had to limp off with a leg injury.

7.Amble:漫步(与wander类似,但更加的放松):
We ambled along in front of the houses.
(我们在房子前面漫步。)
8.Slog: 长途跋涉;步履艰难地行进:
The men had to slog up a steep muddy incline.
(人们只得在陡峭而泥泞地斜坡上艰难地行进。)
9.idle:闲逛;无所事事:
When they reached his house, Scobie idled a bit, finishing his cigarette.

10.Troop: 名词我们知道有军队意思,这里用的是动词,结队前进:
They all trooped back to the house for a rest.
