1.胃不好的人
与生番茄相比,成熟番茄的茄碱和鞣酸含量降低,但对于胃不好的人来讲,还是有可能引起不适;番茄中的有机酸含量较高,也有可能引起反酸等症状。
2.肾功能不好的人
番茄中钾含量丰富,有控钾需求的人要注意。
3.番茄过敏的人
番茄也是过敏食物中的一员。
另外还有证据表明,吃太多番茄会加重尿失禁、偏头疼等症状[7],有这些问题的人也要当心。
膳食指南建议,每天吃300~500g蔬菜,其中深色蔬菜占总量的二分之一,红色的番茄属于这个范围,通常吃一个大番茄200g左右,就够数啦~
不管作为水果还是蔬菜,不管是大是小,作为一种食物,番茄很优秀。空腹能吃,生熟也都可以,不用油炒营养也能吸收~
