KiLL edward 是 J.Cole 另一种人格，很多 Rapper 都会给自己塑造本身外的角色，站在新的人格或角度上 Rap，比如本文介绍的 Eminem 的 Slim Shady、Kendrick 的 Kung Fu Kenny，换人格说唱就是方便丰富叙事角度，形成对立面。

Kendrick 第一个艺名是K-Dot，2009年因为互联网实名制冲浪把艺名改成自己的本名 Kendrick Lamar。

Cornrows 是一种玉米辫，“Cornrow Kenny”是因为 Kendrick 留过这种发型而得名，如下图：

King Kendrick 就比较有深意了，这里是一段 Kendrick 参加 BET Cypher 2013的Verse：“Shook, you're scared to death, you're scared to look In the mirror when Kendrick is near you King, Kendrick” ，而他用 Mobb Deep 的“Shook Ones Part II ”里的 “Scared to death, scared to look, they shook Cause ain’t no such things as halfway crooks” 这几句歌词暗示了 Kendrick 自己害怕照镜子，因为他害怕看到自己后面是什么，因为他蹿红的速度太快了，I ball so hard mtfas wanna sign me。
